For Canada, standard shipping is FREE on orders with a CAD value of over $100.

During high volume periods, expedited shipping may not be available.

Shipping/Handling

Standard shipping to Canada, typically arrives in 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping to Canada typically arrives in 2-5 business days.

For orders shipping to Canada, applicable duties will be included in the product cost. Taxes and shipping will be calculated separately at checkout. Free shipping thresholds will be determined by the order’s $value.

For Canada orders will be shipped with Canada post. *Free shipping valid on purchases made at jiawear.ca only. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards and cannot be redeemed for cash. See above for shipping details. Free shipping will be automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges? Exchanges and returns are welcome for applicable items within 14 days of shipment of item(s). Apparel items must be in new, unwashed, and unworn condition. Customer is responsible for shipping costs and a refund will be provided to your previous method of payment within 5 days of arrival back to JIA Medical Apparel.

All customized items including apparel are final sale.
